Some fastener assemblies require nonstandard dimensions. For more stressful loads, a thicker or wider fastener may be needed than the available stock. Nickel Systems can provide custom fasteners machined from plate, sheet, strip, rod, or bar raw materials. Our specialty is in fasteners made from exotic nickel alloys that can withstand the most extreme environments such as Hastelloy® (Alloys C276, C22, B2), Carpenter® 20 (Alloy 20), Duplex 2205, Alloy 200 (Nickel 200) and Inconel® (Alloy 600).
