Standard Washers
There
are several standards relating to flat washers and lock
washers. Some just deal with the dimensions of the finished
products. Others add physical strength characteristics
to the specs. Procurement standards by the United States
military go further; in that they dictate steps in the
manufacturing process and product testing.
Nickel
Systems can provide stainless steel washers for several
military specifications. Flat washers to MS15795, AN960,
NAS620, and NAS1149 are available through us. Lockwashers
manufactured per MS35338 can also be provided.
